Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 3 PM (Eastern European Time) or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (Australia):

• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

• Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
  Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight. Free standard shipping is available for orders over [insert amount].
  Please ensure your delivery address is attended during business hours as a signature may be required. We do not deliver to PO boxes.

International Shipping (Future Update):
We currently do not ship outside Australia. When available, international orders will be shipped via DHL with an estimated delivery time of 4-7 business days to major cities worldwide.
Please note that customs delays and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email within 48 hours. Tracking information is usually available on weekdays only. If you do not receive tracking details within 2 days of order placement, please contact us at miriactive.sydeny@gmail.com.

Taxes and Duties:
For international orders (when available), customs duties, taxes, and fees are not included in the price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or Damaged Items:
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at miriactive.sydeny@gmail.com, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.
