  • Product Return Policy 

    Dear Valued Customer,

    Thank you for your order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please see our return policy below.

    Return Conditions:

    • Returns are accepted on full-priced items within 14 days from the order date.

    • To request a return, please email us at miriactive.sydney@gmail.com with your order number.

    • Once your request is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid DHL return label and return instructions within 48 hours.

    Please do not send your return without our authorisation, as it will not be accepted.

    • Returns must be shipped (postmarked) within 14 days of the order date.

    • If your return is sent after this period, it will no longer be eligible for a refund, and a store credit will be issued instead.

    We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. If you need to make a change to your shipping address,please email us at hello@miriactive.com We can change the address as long as the package has not left our warehouse. Unfortunately, we cannot reroute a package once it has shipped. 

     

    Conditions for Return and Exchange of Products Made to Order;

    Some products on sale on our website are produced to order, therefore returns are not accepted. Information about products produced to order is stated on the product detail page.
    - You can make a one-time size change within 7 business days from the date you receive the product.
    - Before sending the products you want to exchange to us, you must request an exchange by sending an e-mail to hello@miriactive.com
    Your change request will be answered via e-mail. Our DHL customer code, which you need to be able to deliver the product to be exchanged, will be sent to you.
    - The products you want to exchange must be delivered to us within 10 days from the date of approval, complete with their original box, packaging, all standard accessories and invoice.
    - The products must be delivered to us via DHL company with the help of the return code. Shipping costs for orders sent by courier without obtaining a return code are paid by our customers.
